If you've been sitting in one position for a while you can quickly alter it by pressing the button. Press again and recline the chair fully and you can take a comfortable nap without having to get up.

Although quite expensive a riser chair is a long term investment that will make a big difference to everyday life. Just take your time and choose one that will meet your current and future needs.
